Enterprise Mobility in Preston is launching a Graduate Management Training Programme designed to unlock leadership potential from day one. You’ll rotate across customer service, sales, finance, and operations, gaining hands-on experience and real responsibilities in a fast-paced retail mobility business.

From the start, you’ll be supported by mentors and exposed to opportunities to progress, including a path to branch management in as little as two years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK or EU driving licence; accommodations possible for applicants who don’t drive.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by handling reservations and inquiries.
• Build rapport with diverse customers and grow the network.
• Understand cost control and profitability through P&L awareness.
• Learn fleet management, planning, and performance optimization.
• Mentor and develop team members with growth opportunities.
