You’ll work in a supportive, promote-from-within environment with structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to become a branch manager in a retail operation in as little as two years.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You will be exposed to customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations and more.
• You’ll gain hands-on experience across several business areas from day one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and inquiries.
• Develop skills in sales and marketing by engaging with local business partners.
• Understand financial mechanics, cost control and profitability.
• Learn fleet operations, planning and performance management.
• Mentor and develop your own team with leadership opportunities as you grow.
