Role Description

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will work directly with the centre leadership to learn how to run and scale a business. You'll gain hands-on experience across:

• Marketing - implementing marketing strategies to drive sales enquires.
• Sales & Growth - converting enquiries into customers.
• Operations - running day to day centre operations and implementing systems & processes to maintain centre excellence as student numbers increase.
• Finance & Metrics - understanding KPIs, Revenue, and Profitability
• Team Leadership - recruiting, training, and motivating instructors.

Over time, you'll be trained to take ownership of centre performance as the business scales. Career path to Centre Manager in 9 - 12 months.
