Job summary

Wilsons in Epsom, Surrey, is launching a Graduate Management Programme designed to develop future business leaders. You will rotate through key departments, gain real responsibility from day one, and work toward a permanent management or specialist role.

We welcome graduates from various disciplines and emphasise ambition, curiosity, and commercial awareness. A full UK driving licence is desirable and training is provided.

What is the Graduate Management Programme?

This is far more than a graduate job.

Over the course of the programme, you'll rotate through key areas of our business, gaining practical experience while working alongside experienced managers and directors.

You'll develop commercial awareness, leadership skills and an understanding of how every department contributes to the success of one of the UK's leading automotive retailers.

Departments may include:

• Marketing
• Administration & Accounts
• Parts Operations
• Vehicle Logistics

• Contact Centre

Throughout the programme you'll work on real business projects, contribute to strategic initiatives and receive regular mentoring to help you develop into a future leader.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for graduates who are:

• Educated to degree level (2:2 or above preferred)

Previous automotive experience isn't necessary. We'll provide the training—you bring the ambition.

A full UK driving licence is desirable.
