Pets Choice Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks an International Trade and Logistics Coordinator to support our brands across overseas markets. You will ensure shipments, logistics, and trade documentation are managed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Production, you will liaise with distributors, freight forwarders, and providers to ensure smooth movement of products worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound international road and sea freight shipments.
• Process inbound stock into our ERP system.
• Check, review, and file import customs documentation.
• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Arrange stock transfers between factories and warehouses across Europe.
• Maintain accurate export tracking records and reports.
• Organise international courier, parcel, and sample shipments.
• Liaise with external organisations.

Overview of the Role

As the International Trade and Logistics Coordinator, you will support the international trade activities of our brands across overseas markets. You will ensure shipments, logistics, and trade documentation are managed accurately, on time, and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Working closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Production, you will also liaise with external partners such as distributors, freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure the smooth movement of our products worldwide.

Main Responsibilities

• Process inbound international road and sea freight shipments.
• Process inbound stock into our EPR system.
• Check, review, and file import customs documentation.
• Raise and process purchase orders.
• Arrange stock transfers between factories and warehouses across Europe.
• Maintain accurate export tracking records and reports.
• Organise international courier, parcel, and sample shipments.
