Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Step Into a Rewarding Education Career!

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education, inclusion, and supporting young people? Our secondary schools in Romford are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their supportive team and make an immediate impact.

This role is ideal for those considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support. You will gain valuable classroom experience, working closely with students who may need extra help with their learning and emotional development.

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students across various subjects and abilities, including those with SEN
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to boost confidence and academic progress
• Adapt resources and strategies to meet individual student needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff and the SENCO to provide consistent, high-quality support
• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
