Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification is required.
• Experience working with young people in education or training.
• Ability to manage own workload and build positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted support through 1:1 and small-group sessions.
• Support students to achieve academic targets and exam outcomes.
• Monitor and record student progress and attainment.
