Job summary

Harris Academy Rainham Sixth Form seeks a graduate learning mentor to support individuals and groups of students to enable access to learning, and to contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

The role requires a degree or equivalent and experience working with young people in education or training, plus the ability to manage workload and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Qualifications to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience of working directly with young people in an education or training environment, supporting the learning of students
• Experience of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders, at all levels
• Experience of managing and being responsible for own workload

Job description

We are looking to appoint a graduate learning mentor at and Harris Rainham Sixth Form to support individuals and groups of students to enable access to learning, contributing to the development and maintenance of a purposeful, nurturing learning environment.

The actual salary for this role will be £28,067 - £29,752 (37.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year).
