Philosophy Education is working with a Secondary School based in Ealing that is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Learning Mentor to join their team.

The Role:
The SEN Learning Mentor will focus on improving the academic standards of students, working predominantly within curriculum subjects such as English Literature, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, or Chemistry (KS3-4).
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH.
You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized support plans. Your main responsibilities will include:
