Job summary

La BRIT School recherche un Learning Mentor et un Learning Support Assistant dédiés pour rejoindre leur équipe des besoins éducatifs supplémentaires. Le poste implique de travailler avec des étudiants âgés de 14 à 19 ans dans un cadre secondaire et post-16 artistique, en les aidant à surmonter des obstacles à l'apprentissage et à atteindre leur plein potentiel, tant académiquement que personnellement.

Qualifications

• Experience avec des étudiants ayant des besoins éducatifs particuliers.
• Passion pour l'éducation inclusive et le développement des jeunes.
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à soutenir les étudiants émotionnellement.

Responsibilities

• Accompagner les étudiants dans leur apprentissage, en particulier ceux avec des besoins sociaux, émotionnels ou comportementaux.
• Travailler en classe et en séances individuelles pour surmonter les obstacles à l'apprentissage.

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Learning Mentor and Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our Additional Educational Needs (AEN) team. Working closely with students aged 14–19 in a vibrant arts-based secondary and post-16 setting, you’ll help young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential – both academically and personally.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support and mentor students, particularly those with social, emotional or behavioural needs, in both classroom and one-to-one settings. If you're passionate about inclusive education, youth development, and the performing arts, we’d love to hear from you.
