• A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate
• Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• A second language is a plus, though not essential

Recruitment Process

• Psychometric testing
• Telephone Interview
• Assessment interviews to be held in January, February, March, June, and July
• Final Interviews will take place in July.
• Start date September 2025.
