Güntner UK is seeking a Graduate Internal Sales Engineer to support the UK & Ireland sales team and work with customers and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle.

You will learn how to translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions while gaining experience in project development, quotation preparation, product selection and customer support. The role offers structured development and excellent progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Passion for sustainability, technology, infrastructure or engineering solutions.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, self-motivated and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
• Assist in design and selection of cooling and heat exchange solutions.
• Work with experienced engineers on live customer projects.
• Learn to manage projects from design to order execution.
• Support external sales team and maintain customer relationships.
• Use engineering and selection software to develop tailored solutions.
• Assist with order fulfilment and project coordination.
• Provide first-level technical support and develop customer-facing skills.
• Contribute to Salesforce updates and sales reporting.
