Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a graduate to join the ICT team within the Window Systems Division. The role provides support and administration for key business systems, including the ICT Helpdesk, with placements across various ICT functions to build a broad skill base.

The programme covers SQL Database infrastructure, Business Central, Dynamics 365, and development training, with a pathway to a Business Systems role.

Qualifications

• BSc in Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering.
• Experience with MS Office 365 and Office Apps.
• Familiarity with Outlook/Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Awareness of cyber security principles.
• Experience in project management and user training.
• Ability to create technical documentation and maintain training materials.
• Full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT helpdesk support and ensure requests meet service levels.
• Administer and develop ICT systems including ERP/Payroll etc.
• Participate in ICT projects to support strategic roadmap and improvements.
• Promote secure use of ICT systems and minimise security risks.
• Engage in a graduate development programme with role placements across ICT functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across site functions.
