Job summary
Rentokil Initial UK is launching a Graduate Management Programme in Specialist Hygiene. Begin as a Specialist Hygiene Technician with a 6-12 month training plan across a defined area, delivering hygiene services to clients and responding to emergencies.
The role is full-time with a 40-hour week, offering opportunities for overtime and progression to Supervisory or Sales roles based on performance. Training includes Level 1/2 hygiene and BESCA certification.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2.2 degree in a BSc or a BA in Management/Hospitality/Logistics/Environmental Health degree.
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to meet business needs.
- Willingness to undergo a DBS check (if required).
Responsibilities
- Deliver essential hygiene services to a variety of clients.
- Respond to emergency hygiene needs and participate in an on-call rota.
- Provide expert advice and professional service to clients.
- Gain hands-on experience in biohazard cleaning, flood clean-up, infection control, and more.
- Work towards Level 1 and Level 2 hygiene qualifications and BESCA certification.
