Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Graduate Hydraulic Engineer for a specialist hydraulic engineering consultancy in Leeds. The role offers in-house training across hydraulic modelling, CFD and physical testing, with a pathway to progression.

You will support experienced engineers on physical hydraulic and CFD modelling projects, carry out testing and analysis, develop models, and prepare technical reports for UK and international water and wastewater projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Graduate or early-career with interest in hydraulic engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support physical hydraulic and CFD modelling projects.
• Carry out hydraulic testing, analysis and interpretation.
• Assist with model development, calibration and verification.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
