Job summary

Roche in the UK invites graduates to join its Early in Career Development Programme as a Graduate Health Data Analyst in Burgess Hill. You will analyse NHS datasets, support real‑world evidence studies, and develop data visualisations using R and Power BI to demonstrate value for patients and the NHS.

You will work across Health Economics, Market Access and Access & Innovation, learn health economics, clinical study development and AI‑enabled analytics, and participate in an in‑person assessment

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Medical Sciences, Epidemiology or Health Economics.
• Strong practical data analysis skills or potential to develop these.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to develop new skills in healthcare data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyse UK healthcare datasets (HES, QOF, registries, audits) to identify trends and opportunities to improve patient pathways.
• Support design and delivery of real‑world evidence studies, defining outcomes and data collection.
• Use R to clean, analyse and interpret healthcare data.
• Develop data visualisations and dashboards using Power BI and R Shiny.
• Generate insights to support health economic analyses and NHS decision making.
• Collaborate with Health Economics, Market Access and broader Access & Innovation teams.
