Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren's Geomatics graduate programme offers hands-on experience across GIS, CAD, Land Referencing and Land Surveying, with exposure to diverse projects in utilities and infrastructure. Under guidance you’ll learn to support fast-paced projects and develop core geomatics skills.

You’ll be mentored, shadowing early on and progressing to independent work, with access to training, site visits and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our equal opportunities ethos.

Qualifications

Degree or master's in GIS or closely related subject with a large GIS component.
Working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS software for spatial data capture, management and analysis.
Familiarity with Land Registry, Ordnance Survey and UK datasets.

Responsibilities

Produce maps and plans for clients supporting land ownership, access, and routing.
Obtain and analyse data from Land Registry, Ordnance Survey and utility datasets.
Utilise latest technology to update online mapping systems and apps.
Shadow initially, then work independently on projects.
Develop knowledge through company training and team collaboration.
