Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. in Bristol is launching a 2027 Autumn Graduate Programme for a Geospatial (GIS) Consultant. You will join our Digital team, building GIS capabilities and delivering data-driven insights for water sector projects.

As a Graduate GIS Consultant, you’ll learn to develop GIS skills, collaborate with software developers, and support spatial databases while working with multidisciplinary teams to make a meaningful impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Environmental, GIS, Data Science or related subject.

• You will develop GIS skills through projects and professional guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web and mobile GIS applications to support project delivery and client needs.
• Collaborate with software developers to create scripts, tools and automated workflows for data management and analysis.
• Support the development, management and maintenance of spatial databases and GIS datasets.
• Produce GIS analysis, mapping and visualisations to deliver insights across water sector projects.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver data-driven solutions for clients.
