Sweco UK Limited is recruiting a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer within the Infrastructure and Environment Division. You will join our Ground Engineering team delivering geotechnical design projects across the UK, with opportunities to work on major programmes and site investigations.

The two-year Graduate Scheme blends learning with practical hands-on experience, mentoring and progression toward professional accreditation.

Qualifications

• Degree relevant to geotechnical engineering.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a geotechnical team on design projects.
• Assist with planning and supervising ground investigations.
• Interpret data from field and lab investigations.
• Use geotechnical software to model ground behaviour.
• Contribute to technical reports and project documentation.
• Develop professional skills through mentoring and projects.
