Job summary

WSP is offering a two-year Graduate Development Programme in Earth & Environment Geotechnical Engineering across multiple UK locations. You will gain hands-on experience from ground investigations to design and construction support, while learning from engineers, geologists and specialists.

Successful graduates will start in September 2027 with a structured blend of learning, mentoring and project exposure, contributing to resilient infrastructure and sustainable development.

Qualifications

• At least a 2:2 in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering or Engineering Geology.
• Interest in geology and ground engineering for civil projects.
• Willingness to start September 2027 and travel for site work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ground investigations and data interpretation across projects.
• Support design, reporting and construction activities for geotechnical works.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and learn from senior colleagues.
• Travel to site locations as required for project delivery.
