Job summary

Advantage Resourcing UK Ltd. is seeking a Graduate Geotechnical Design Engineer to join a growing team in the Hinckley area. The role offers a salary of £25,000–£30,000 plus a 10% bonus, training and development, and private health cover.

You will work within a civil/geotechnical engineering environment on a permanent basis with mentoring and progression opportunities. The role focuses on producing geotechnical designs, learning to use CRM tools, and growing technical capability toward

Qualifications

• BEng or MEng in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Solid foundational knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 1-2 years placement or post-grad experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Produce geotechnical design calculations, drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
• Read technical drawings to interpret client and site requirements.
• Learn to use and update the internal CRM system (A-Cloud) to track project progress.
• Communicate with consultant engineers, architects, and civil contractors to discuss designs and solutions.
• Develop technical capabilities with structured support toward chartership.
