Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel across sites

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements across key functions including Operations, Manufacturing, Commercial and Finance
• Develop leadership, commercial, operational and project skills during the two-year programme
• Work on strategic business projects and receive coaching from senior leaders
• Collaborate across multiple Saint-Gobain sites in the UK & Ireland
• Progression into a leadership role at the end of the programme
