Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking a Graduate Consultant to join our Next Gen Talent development programme in Leeds, Manchester or London. You will gain hands-on experience across flood risk and drainage projects, supported by senior engineers and a structured development plan.

You will grow technical and professional skills through project work, training, and cross-disciplinary exposure, with hybrid working and UK travel as needed. Start date: September 2027.

Qualifications

• Degree level in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or Geography with honours.
• Eligible for CEng MICE or chartered with CIWEM.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; UK driving licence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support flood risk and drainage design across diverse projects from 10 homes to large infrastructure schemes.
• Develop hydraulic models and hydrology assessments to inform technical decisions.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver safe, resilient solutions.
