Job summary

Tetra Tech is recruiting a Graduate Consultant in Bristol to join our Next Gen Talent development programme. You’ll gain hands-on experience across flood risk, drainage design and SuDS, while benefiting from structured learning and development opportunities.

You’ll work with experienced colleagues to build technical and professional skills, contributing to projects from inception to close out and supporting climate resilience through robust engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or Geography (BSc, BEng, MSc or MEng).
• Eligible for CEng MICE or chartered with CIWEM.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, flexibility and a full UK driving licence are desirable.
• Suitability for Security Clearance to minimum SC level is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support flood risk and drainage design projects from inception to delivery.
• Assist with hydraulic modelling and hydrology assessments.
• Work across public and private sector infrastructure projects, from small to large scale.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions.
