Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe invites graduates to join our Next Gen Talent development programme in flood risk and drainage. Based in Leeds, Manchester or London, you’ll gain hands-on experience on diverse projects and benefit from structured learning and development opportunities.

You'll work with senior colleagues to grow technical and professional skills, contributing to designs that reduce flood risk and improve climate resilience while progressing toward Chartered status.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science or Geography with honours.
• Eligibility for CEng MICE or Chartered with CIWEM.
• Interest in flood risk, hydraulic modelling and catchment hydrology.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from inception to close out on flood risk and drainage design.
• Develop and review hydraulic models for rivers, coasts and surface water.
• Contribute to project delivery to meet timelines and standards.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on technical work.
• Adhere to health and safety and professional practices.
