Job summary

AZTRUM in Aberdeen is seeking a Graduate Flood Risk Engineer to join a growing team of civil engineers and flood risk consultants. You will contribute to flood risk, drainage and infrastructure design for property developers across Scotland and The Highlands, with site visits across Scotland.

You will be trained to complete flood risk assessments, hydraulic and hydrological modelling, GIS mapping and drainage strategies, while working in a friendly team from the Aberdeen office on a hybrid

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
• Interest in GIS, drainage, geology and flood mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Flood Risk Assessments.
• Support development of flood mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to Hydraulic and Hydrological assessments.
• Support GIS mapping and drainage design for residential developments.
