The role can be based in either Glasgow, London or Manchester. You'll work alongside experienced Fire Safety Engineers and technical experts, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of projects while developing the knowledge, confidence and commercial awareness needed to become a trusted adviser. We'll also support your journey towards professional qualification and long-term career development.
When you join us, you get more than a graduate role.
You get:
You're curious, motivated and eager to learn. You enjoy solving complex problems, working collaboratively with others and applying technical thinking to real-world challenges. You're organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards. You're comfortable taking ownership of your work, open to feedback and committed to developing your expertise. Most importantly, you're passionate about the built environment and excited by the opportunity to create meaningful impact through safer buildings and better outcomes for clients.
We're independent, multi-disciplinary real estate technical experts, Project Managers and Sustainability Consultants. Our Fire Safety Engineers work closely with colleagues across the business, helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements and create safer, better-performing buildings.
Through our One Team culture, you'll collaborate with specialists from different disciplines, gaining exposure to a broad range of expertise, projects and perspectives that will accelerate your development - while finding the fun along the way.
We're also proud of our track record in developing future talent. Today, 62 of our people started their careers with us as graduates, including 6 who have progressed to Director level. We currently have 50 graduates, 19 apprentices and 5 placement students across our programmes, creating a strong community of emerging talent and a proven pathway for progression.
We're independently owned and independently minded. That means you'll have a voice, opportunities to make an impact and the chance to help shape the future of our business while sharing in its success.
The decisions we make today help create safer buildings for the people who use them tomorrow. Bring your ambition, help solve complex fire safety challenges and build a career that makes a lasting difference.
