Job summary

Aberdeen Laundry Services Ltd is seeking a Graduate Business and Accounts Coordinator to join our Finance team in Scotland. You will support day-to-day business needs and gain exposure to the full financial workflow across the organisation.

Key tasks include processing invoices, maintaining ledgers, assisting month-end close, and producing clear management reports from our SaaS and internal portals. This role offers real responsibility and a pathway to develop in both finance and operations.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related subject (completed or 2026).
• Solid accounting knowledge: ledgers, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Strong numerical ability and good MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices, ledgers reconciliations and support supply chain.
• Raise invoices, post receipts and assist credit control.
• Support month-end reconciliations and reporting for managers.
• Pull data from SaaS systems into clear manager reports.
• Handle calls, emails, post and office tasks; arrange meetings.
