Job summary

Grayce is recruiting for a Finance Consultant to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the business. You will analyse financial data, identify risks and collaborate with stakeholders to enable sound financial decisions.

The role sits within Grayce’s Accelerated Development Programme, designed to fast-track recent graduates into finance-focused careers with hands-on client experience and learning paths leading to professional qualifications.

Qualifications

A 2:1 degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
Right to work in the UK unsponsored for the duration of the programme.
Ability to be on site 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

Budgeting & Forecasting: assisting with budget preparation, monitoring in-year performance and analysing financial trends.
Financial Reporting: producing clear, accurate and insightful financial reports for senior stakeholders.
Data Analysis: interpreting financial data to identify risks, opportunities and improvement areas.
Controls & Governance: supporting compliance, audit readiness and financial assurance activities.
Business Partnering: working with operational teams to understand their financial needs and ensure strong financial decision-making.
Project Support: contributing to finance-related workstreams within wider organisational change programmes.
