Top Commercial Finance Brokerage Firm is recruiting for a Graduate Finance Broker Programme in Northampton. The role is sales-focused with a structured 24‑month development path, aiming to develop into a Commercial Finance Broker. Expect outbound prospecting, client conversations and live transactions from day one.

The package includes a base salary of £36,000–£50,000 plus high uncapped commission potential, with progression through four six-month placements and potential benefits as you advance.

Qualifications

• Graduates with ABB/AAB at A-Level and a 2:1 degree or above.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Northampton five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound sales activity to generate interest and build new client relationships.
• Use a consultative sales approach to understand a client's funding needs and commercial priorities.
• Develop knowledge across a broad range of commercial finance products and lenders.
• Prepare proposals and credit applications, gathering relevant documentation from clients.
• Work with senior brokers and Sales Directors on live opportunities and transactions.
• Accurately record activity within the CRM system.
• Build and manage a live pipeline of opportunities.
• Take on increasing ownership and responsibility as you progress through the programme.
