Job summary

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is offering a Graduate Experimental Aerodynamicist role within the Aerodynamics Department to support wind tunnel testing from preparation to reporting. You will help drive aerodynamic development by ensuring high-quality test setup, accurate data collection and robust analysis to inform design decisions and improve on-track performance.

The position involves close collaboration with aerodynamicists, model designers and test engineers, plus travel to the Cologne wind

Qualifications

• Degree in Aerodynamics or related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduate within the last 12 months.
• Knowledge of wind tunnel testing techniques and aerodynamic data analysis.
• Familiarity with CFD methodologies and CAD software (3DEXPERIENCE/CATIA).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support wind tunnel test preparation, execution and analysis.
• Analyze data to assess aerodynamic performance and trends.
• Collaborate with aerodynamicists, model designers and test engineers.
• Define test requirements, configurations and measurement strategies.
• Prepare technical reports and communicate findings to the development team.
• Maintain accurate test records and assist with issue resolution.
