Qualifications

• 2024 graduate with commercial experience.
• 2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above.
• 2026 graduate on track for a 2:1 or above.
• Sales or cold calling experience is required.
• Hungry to succeed and competitive by nature.
• Extra curriculars at school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researching and headhunting senior professionals.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process.
• Sourcing candidates via advertising, networking, and cold calling.
• Guide a candidate through the interview process.
• Learning how to negotiate and close a deal.
• Gaining international exposure across global markets.
