Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join the Infrastructure team on Thames Water projects. The role offers a 2-year permanent programme with progression to an assistant level, starting salary £31,000 and a potential package around £38,000 with eligibility for a car allowance up to £4,750 or a company car.

The position requires relocation/travel within the Thames Valley region and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Graduate in 2027 or within the past three years.

Location: Thames Valley, Bedfordshire & Surrey, with travel required to other locations

Starting Salary: £31,000 per annum with possible car allowance of £4,750 or company car depending on eligibility

Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Environmental Advisor, you will support the environmental compliance and delivery of Kier's Environmental objectives across our projects as well as Thames Water KPI's. This role is designed for a recent graduate who is passionate about ensuring the protection of the environment and sustainability and is looking to develop a career within this field.
