Job summary

Kier is seeking a Graduate Environmental Advisor to join the Infrastructure team on Thames Water projects. The role includes supporting environmental compliance, data reporting, and sustainability initiatives while operating across multiple locations in Thames Valley, Bedfordshire and Surrey.

This two-year graduate scheme starts in September 2027, with a permanent, full-time pathway to an assistant level role and potential salary up to CIRCA £38k.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate expected in 2027 or within the past three years.
• Environmental degree or related subject.
• Full UK driving license.
• Passionate about sustainability and infrastructure.
• Able to work collaboratively with a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Support environmental compliance across Kier projects.
• Assist in delivering Thames Water KPI reporting.
• Conduct environmental inspections and audits.
• Help implement sustainability initiatives and data analysis.
