Job summary

Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd is seeking graduates to join our UK-wide projects beginning September 2027. You’ll be embedded in live projects from day one, rotating across sectors and developing through a structured two-year programme with ICE/RICS chartership routes.

You'll gain hands-on experience on major buildings and infrastructure while developing digital skills (Excel, AI), sustainability, and practical training in project management. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related subject due in 2027.
• Curiosity, drive and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to travel and move between project locations.
