Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree classification or above (or an international equivalent).
• Have already graduated, or will you have completed studies before July 2027.
• Be able to work from the Sheffield office at least 3 days per week.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without HSBC visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers, architects and business teams on technology that supports HSBC globally.
• Develop new digital products, improve existing services, test and maintain systems.
• Monitor performance, investigate technical issues and recommend improvements.
• Learn and apply coding frameworks, programming languages, AI tools and DevOps practices.
