Job summary

HSBC Global Services Limited is launching a two-year engineering graduate program based in Sheffield. You will work with engineers, architects and business teams to build and maintain digital platforms and secure systems across HSBC globally.

The programme emphasizes hands-on learning, technical training, and industry-recognised certifications relevant to your role. You will develop skills across coding languages, AI tools, and DevOps, with support from experienced colleagues and opportunities

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work full-time from July 2027.
• 2:1 degree classification or international equivalent.
• Graduated or will have completed studies before July 2027.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work from the Sheffield office at least 3 days per week.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without HSBC sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in engineering projects across HSBC GCIO and global teams.
• Learn coding frameworks, programming languages, AI tools and DevOps practices.
• Support the development of secure, scalable systems and digital products.
