Job summary

BMS Engineering Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Graduate Engineer to join a small, high‑performance team working on motorsport and automotive chassis structures and welded fabrications. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across CNC machining, fabrication, inspection, and workshop operations to build a strong practical foundation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Motorsport, Manufacturing, or Automotive Engineering.
• Experience or interest in CAD and practical manufacturing is expected.
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to learn across machining, fabrication and inspection.

Responsibilities

• CNC Machining: assist in set up, program, and operate CNC equipment.
• Fabrication & Assembly: assist in manufacturing chassis and welded assemblies.
• Inspection & Quality Control: interpret drawings, apply GD&T, and measure components.
