Job summary

ICE Recruit is seeking a enthusiastic Graduate Engineer for its Glasgow team. You will work with experienced engineers on civil, structural and temporary works projects across heritage, rail, nuclear, commercial, residential and infrastructure sectors.

You will gain practical experience from concept to construction, develop technical skills, and gradually take on responsibility. A structured mentoring and training path leads toward ICE or IStructE Chartership.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop through mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering designs and calculations.
• Prepare CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Undertake risk assessments and site visits.
• Support projects through every delivery stage.
