Job summary

Harley Haddow is seeking a Project Civil Engineer for our Glasgow office. You will contribute to the civil and structural engineering team, advancing designs, calculations and drawings while liaising with clients and colleagues.

Gain mentorship from senior engineers and work toward Chartership with IStructE or ICE, while delivering multiple projects within a collaborative consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's/Master's).
• Hold graduate membership of ICE or IStructE.

Responsibilities

• Develop Civil Engineering designs for projects through various stages under supervision.
• Prepare sketches, diagrams and drawings to communicate engineering concepts.
• Prepare calculations and review load takedowns under supervision of engineers.
• Conduct site visits during construction and report on findings.
• Coordinate with clients and design team members to meet project goals.
• Ensure QA procedures and documentation are followed.
