Job summary

Thales Group in Belfast invites applications for its 2027 industrial information systems graduate programme. The 3-year scheme includes rotation across business units, with the aim of developing engineers who design and deliver solutions for customers.

You will be supported by the Engineering Leadership team, follow a structured learning pathway, and gain professional accreditation from IET, IMechE, and RAeS while building a strong internal network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject
• Limited relevant professional experience
• Must be able to obtain UK BPSS clearance and Security Clearance (SC) as part of vetting

Responsibilities

• Complete a 3-year Graduate Development Programme with rotation across different business units
• Work with engineers to design and develop engineering solutions meeting customer needs
• Engage in core training focusing on transversal skills and build a professional network
