Graduate Trainee Engineer

The role involves working on various projects to develop foundational engineering knowledge and enhance communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills. You will learn about different business functions and work within engineering disciplines such as R&D, Electronics, Mechanics, Firmware, Reliability, and Manufacturing. The final phase includes completing a significant project or working directly within an engineering department.

The Scheme:

1. Duration: 2 years
2. Three-month projects in different departments to understand the business
3. Contribute to daily departmental workloads
4. Lead a key project in each department
5. Present project updates and learnings after each placement
6. Exposure to other business areas where projects may not be available
