Graduate Trainee Engineer

The Role

This role involves working on a series of projects designed to build a strong foundational knowledge of our engineering business while developing your communication, project planning, and problem-solving skills. You will have the opportunity to learn about various business functions and work within engineering disciplines such as R&D, Electronics, Mechanics, Firmware, Reliability, and Manufacturing. The final phase of the placement will allow you to undertake a larger project or work directly within an engineering department.

The Scheme
  • 3-month projects in different departments to understand the business
  • Contribute to daily departmental workloads
  • Present project updates and personal learnings after each placement
  • Gain exposure to other business areas where projects are not available
