Dare Recruitment in City of London is seeking a Graduate Trading Analyst to join the Trading department and support market activities. The role offers a comprehensive training programme, exposure to energy derivatives, and a clear path to grow within the team.

You'll work with senior traders, develop modelling tools, and contribute to market analysis while building a foundation in global commodities trading. A degree is required and Excel VBA is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior traders with desk duties—uploading, recording, and executing trades.
• Attend team meetings to expand knowledge of the marketplace relevant to your desk.
• Develop modelling tools for market analysis.
• Analyse opportunities, produce research and perform market analysis to aid trading.
