Mansell Recruitment Group seeks a talented Graduate Hardware / Embedded Engineer to join an innovative engineering team designing and developing advanced electronic products.

The role is ideal for a graduate with a strong Electronics or related degree who is keen to develop skills across hardware and embedded software, working alongside experienced engineers and gaining hands-on experience throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline (Minimum 2:1) from a Russell Group university.
• Strong academic background with a genuine interest in electronics and embedded systems.
• Some knowledge of C programming would be advantageous.
• Knowledge or interest in robotics would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic hardware for new products.
• Develop embedded software to run on electronic hardware.
• Work closely with electronic and mechanical engineers throughout the development process.
• Support the development, testing and refinement of new products.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Contribute to the design and development of innovative products from concept through to completion.
• Develop your knowledge across both hardware and embedded software.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, reliability and performance.
• Work as part of a collaborative engineering team and contribute ideas for new and improved designs.
