Responsibilities:

• Design electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team
• Document and present designs
• Transfer products from Engineering to Production
• Prepare production documentation and technical reports
• Maintain high standards of product documentation and design logbooks, including preparation for design reviews
• Participate in design and project reviews and liaise with other departments
• Compile regular progress and technical reports, both verbal and written
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and junior staff through verbal presentations
• Build and maintain good customer and supplier relations
• Provide production support and fault-finding assistance
• Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians
• Plan, implement, and coordinate activities according to management objectives
• Ensure project timescales are met
• Assist with customer returns
• Perform other duties as directed by management
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in product design, processes, yield, and performance
