Job summary

RSE is inviting applications for its Graduate Mechanical Engineer programme, based in Scotland. The 24‑month intake combines hands‑on experience, expert mentorship and tailored development to build your skills for a career in MEICA across water projects.

Successful candidates will work across design and delivery, participate in the programme tracker, and have opportunities for chartership support along the way.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a Mechanical Engineering Degree or engineering equivalent within the last 2 years or on track to graduate next summer.
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel in particular).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Join the team across design and delivery areas.
• Contribute to developing innovative solutions for the water sector.
• Engage in a 24‑month programme with mentorship and tailored development.
