Stantec is offering a 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Brighton office, supporting the Water team with electrical design and MEICA delivery across water and wastewater projects. You'll gain hands‑on experience through site visits, documentation and collaboration with senior engineers.

The Opportunity

Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Brighton office, where you will be part of our Water team and support the delivery of electrical engineering solutions across water and wastewater projects.

A briefing form has been completed for this role. The successful candidate will sit within our local Brighton MEICA team of six, supported by a regional South team of around 20 MEICA engineers across Brighton, Southampton, London and High Wycombe.

You’ll have the chance to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions, working on a design and build framework for Southern Water. This is a challenging technical environment where constructability and affordability are key considerations throughout design delivery.

About The Role

Alongside the MEICA team, you will support practical engineering delivery, site-based information gathering and technical documentation while developing your understanding of electrical design in the water sector. Your core responsibilities include:
