Stantec is seeking a Graduate Electrical Engineer for the 2027 Graduate Programme in our Brighton office, joining the Water MEICA team to support electrical engineering across water and wastewater projects.
You will gain practical delivery experience, site information gathering and documentation while developing electrical design knowledge in the water sector. This role emphasizes collaboration, adaptability and ongoing professional development.
Join our 2027 Graduate Programme as a Graduate Electrical Engineer in our Brighton office, where you will be part of our Water team and support the delivery of electrical engineering solutions across water and wastewater projects.
A briefing form has been completed for this role. The successful candidate will sit within our local Brighton MEICA team of six, supported by a regional South team of around 20 MEICA engineers across Brighton, Southampton, London and High Wycombe.
You’ll have the chance to make a positive impact on the environment through sustainable engineering solutions, working on a design and build framework for Southern Water. This is a challenging technical environment where constructability and affordability are key considerations throughout design delivery.

Alongside the MEICA team, you will support practical engineering delivery, site-based information gathering and technical documentation while developing your understanding of electrical design in the water sector.
