Job summary

Fluor Corporation invites applications for its Graduate Programme in Civil & Structural Engineering. Based in Farnborough with hybrid working, the role supports major UK and international projects in energy, chemicals and infrastructure.

You will contribute to design, development and delivery from concept through execution, helping shape a lower-carbon future. Ideal candidates are final-year or recent graduates with a 2:1 or higher, and must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

Qualifications

• Pursuing or has completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Expect a 2:1 or higher.
• Willing to relocate to Farnborough and start September 2027; hybrid office presence required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of engineering solutions from concept through to execution.
• Work on projects across Oil & Gas, Energy Transition, Chemicals & Process Industries, Mining and Infrastructure.

Basic Job Requirements

• Be studying towards, or have recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Be on track to achieve, or have achieved, a 2:1 degree classification or above
• Be available to start in September 2027 and relocate to Farnborough, Hampshire or can work from our Farnborough office at least 3 days per week.
• Have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately we are unable offer sponsorship for this role.
